1Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and tadkachat.in ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of TadkaChat at https://tadkachat.in (the "Service").

By ticking the consent box, entering the site or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Cookie Policy and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2Who can use the Service

The Service is only for people who are 18 years of age or older and legally able to enter into a contract. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If we learn or reasonably believe that a user is under 18, we will block access and delete the related data. If you believe a minor is using the Service, please report it to us.

3What the Service is

TadkaChat lets you chat with AI companions. Every character — including its name, age, city, personality, photos and messages — is artificially generated and fictional. No real person is reading or writing the replies.

Replies are produced automatically by third-party artificial-intelligence models based on your messages and the character's instructions. AI output can be unexpected, inaccurate or inappropriate. We work to keep it safe, but we cannot guarantee every response.

We may add, change or remove characters and features at any time.

4Not professional advice or a real relationship

• The Service is for entertainment and companionship purposes only.
• Nothing in the Service is medical, mental-health, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, money, safety or relationships.
• An AI character cannot meet you, call you, send or receive money or gifts, or have a real relationship with you. Anyone who claims otherwise is not us — please report it.
• If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please contact a professional or a helpline listed in our Disclaimer immediately.

5Your access and account

You can try the Service as a guest for a limited number of messages. Guest chats are linked to a random identifier stored in a cookie on your browser.

To keep chatting you can create a free account by signing in with Google ("Continue with Google"). We never see or store your Google password. Your account lets your chats follow you across devices; any guest chats from the same browser are moved into your account when you sign in.

You are responsible for keeping your Google account and devices secure and for all activity under your account. Anyone with access to a signed-in device may be able to see your chats, so sign out on shared devices. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

You can sign out, delete your chats or delete your account at any time from the account menu. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms (see "Suspension and termination").

6Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• create, request or share any content involving, depicting or sexualising minors (zero tolerance — we report such activity to authorities where required by law);
• request or generate sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content;
• harass, threaten, bully, defame or promote hatred or violence against any person or group;
• plan, promote or assist anything illegal, including fraud, scams, drugs, weapons or self-harm instructions;
• share another person's personal information, photos or contact details without their consent;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
• try to bypass, disable or trick our safety systems, rate limits or filters ("jailbreaking");
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools, or overload, attack, probe or reverse-engineer the Service;
• copy, resell or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission;
• violate any applicable law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

7Your content and AI outputs

Your messages remain yours. You give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and transmit them (including to our AI providers) only as needed to operate, secure and improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI replies are generated automatically and may be similar to replies given to other users. You may use replies for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use them.

Please do not send sensitive personal data (such as passwords, OTPs, bank or card details, government ID numbers, health information) in chats.

8Safety, moderation and limits

To keep the Service safe and available we may use automated and manual measures, including content filters, message rate limits, abuse detection and review of reported conversations. We may refuse, limit or remove any content or access that we reasonably believe breaks these Terms or the law.

9Premium, payments and billing

New users get a small number of free AI replies. Continued chatting requires a paid Premium pass (currently weekly or monthly). Prices and what is included are shown before you pay. Payments are made by UPI from your own UPI app; Premium is activated after we verify your payment reference (UTR). We never see your UPI PIN, card or bank details. Submitting a false payment reference is a breach of these Terms.

Passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Premium does not change the safety rules: content stays safe-for-work and the characters remain AI. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10Our intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, characters, images, text and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

11Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as hosting providers, AI model providers and (in future) payment processors. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from the Service.

12Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

13Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill or emotional distress, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any AI-generated content.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

14Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your chats using the "Delete chat" option or as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if we discontinue the Service.

16Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If changes are significant, we will ask you to accept the new Terms before you continue using the Service.

17Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, the courts at tadkachat.in will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

18Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints may be sent to our Grievance Officer:
