Common Questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the app, go to Settings → Subscription and tap Cancel autopay. Full instructions are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
I paid but premium is not active.
Premium usually activates within 2 to 5 minutes. If it has been longer than 30 minutes, email us with your transaction reference and we will fix it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Go to Settings → Delete account inside the app. See our Privacy Policy for details on what is removed and when.
